I purchased two steak fajita plates with two large drinks. The plates came with two steak fajita tacos, refried beans, and... rice, nothing more. When asked about the shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pico, or salsa, the attendant said that corporatedoes not allow them to do that anymore. We had dry tacos and drinks for $28. This is ridiculous. The pictures on theirwebsite show all the fixings; why don't they provide them? She did not offer the fixings at an extra charge. What food we gotwas alright but very dry. I used to love taco c and especially their fluffy tortillas. The last 4 times I have picked up from this location, the tortillas... have either been hard, like they have been sitting out, or really greasy and the refried beans taste like they are from a can. Ido not recommend this location Read more

This location is the worst I've been too. Staff didn't acknowledge me for a good 10 mins, food was obviously already prepared... and simply heated up, no salsa bar and floors and table were sticky. I don't think this location even had a restroom. Foursubsequent customers came in and left without ordering which is lucky for them. This place should be shut down. Read more

The prices have gone up recently, but that is true pretty much everywhere not just at taco cabana. That being said, the food is... still good and the portions are nice. Not super big but reasonable. Read more

Taco Cabana is clearly fast food, but unlike national chains, tortillas are made in-house; the salsas are as well. Those... tortillas--so soft, somewhat chewy, never disappointing. My shredded chicken taco was surprisingly good! The flour tortillahugged the shredded chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. It was delightfully moist.  The chicken was nicely seasoned--thisisn't "white people" watered-down seasoning. By the end, chicken was falling out--too much in the taco! I was very happy with myit. And yes, I will be back when I want a quick taco fix! Read more

They didn't have most things out like condiments, teas, utensils. They took a while to get the food out, but it still tasted... fine. A few of the drinks were "out of order" Read more

The place will end up closing. They close whenever they want during business hours and the customer service is horrible. There... is no customer service I went to the drive through and got some flautas. I waited like 10 mins for them. When I got them Ichecked and they were burnt. I went back and the guy at the window told me to go park and they will bring them out in about 10mins,I told him I wanted a refund instead because I couldn't wait another 10 mins. I was in a rush, he stated it wouod befaster. An Employee brought the flautas a few mins after. At that point I was in a rush so I didnt check them. It had been 25mins since I ordered. When I got home I realized the flautas were more burnt than the first ones. I could not eat them. I calledtaco cabana asking for a refund and the "manager" in a very rude way said "if you want your money back you have to come back" Itold him I couldn't drive 30 mins and I shouldn't have to after the incovenience and the fact that I returned the first flautasand they gave me something worse, he said " there is nothing I can do for you" and just hang up. I called right after to gethis name and of course no answer. It is not about the money anymore just how rude and disrespectful the employee was. I am theone that spent time and couldn't even eat the dinner and not once he apologized. Of course since I couldn't get a refund throughthem I contacted my bank and they processed the refund which will end up costing them way more. All he had to do was apologize, explained in a polite way he couldnt refund over the pohone but assured me they would take care of me next time for theinconvenience but instead he was disrespectfuland hang up on me. I have eaten at many taco cabanas and it has always been good. This location however was not the case. The barbacoa tacos seemed... like they were drenched in oil same for the chorizo and bean taco. I also ordered a bean and fajita taco, and the fajita wasburnt to a crisp. The whole order was inedible, I did not care to go back to get a replacement with food like that. Read more
