This place has absolutely gone down hill. I?ve been there twice in the past month or so and both times drove away with nothing.... First time they were out of pretty much everything and it wasn?t even late. The second time was told it would be a 15 minutewait when there were 4 cars in the drive through and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stood in full view of all the staff and they ignored me. When I was finally... waited on it took over 20 minutes to get my order of only 2 tacos. There was a customer in front of me that stated she placedher order 30 minutes ago and was still waiting. Several tables still had not been cleaned. Maybe they are short staffed but noapology was even offered for the long wait. When I got my order and left there was a line at the register still waiting fortheir orders to be taken! Read more
Mexican fast food, done right, plus the best roja salsa in town, made daily on site. Drawback: drive thru policy does not... include having large orders pull up and wait in parking lot. Remember to ask for senior discount. Read more
Terrible service. Unclean. As usual, they forgot the sour cream and salsa. Had to ask for it, no big deal but when they were... getting them, they set the containers down without capping and then continued to make the next order reaching over my sour creamand their elbow dipping into my open sour cream container. Ordered a mixed quesadilla with pico? only got steak, no pico andjust cheese. The sprite came without ice and was practically water. A line of 5 cars and one of the three workers decides tohave a smoke break. Also apparently they were out of red salsa which just seems like they didn?t want to go get it. It was theworst experience I?ve had with taco cabana. I?ve come to expect them forgetting the sauces but this was extra bad. Rough. Read more
