Service was awesome, 5 stars, from getting seated to getting our food served quickly to getting water refills and all. However,... the food generally lacked seasoning and was light on the meat. The salsa was spicy and tasty but the queso was oddly sweet. There?s good parking. I don?t think I?ll be back given the Tex-Mex options we have all around Austin. Read more

Loved the big open family space this restaurant has. Very nice staff. When I looked at the menu I thought the prices looked... pretty intimidating but once we got the food it was definitely worth it. The Guisado de Puerco en chile cascabel was a housespecial and it had such a rich and delicious flavor! The chicken mole enchiladas were made with poblanos and had a deepchocolate flavor. I will say that the drink prices were a little too high compared to other places in Austin and I wish theywere a little more affordable. Overall a good experience! Read more

The outside isn't much to look at, neither is the inside really. We stopped for a cheap taco, scared of the menu prices, we... ordered relatively small (#34 and cheese enchiladas) and was blown away by the flavor. The tortillas were awesome. Wouldtotally go back! Well worth the money! Read more

Great food, nice traditional atmosphere. Friendly wait staff, food was served quickly, beer was cold, all around decent Mexican... restaurant! I ordered the Freddy Burrito with beef fajita meat, which was flavorful with big tender strips of beef. Onlycomplaint was I had to wait awhile for the check. Read more

Pretty laid back place right here!! And our server was super cool and down to earth he thought my girlfriend and I was locals... from Austin lol. I started off with a water and lemon and a iced cold beer (Victoria) then some chips and salsa and that salsawas super good I think I had like 3 cups of it. Then I chose to order the Flautas with beans and rice on the side and theflautas was perfectly cooked with a crispy fried tortilla with hot shredded pork in them I will return next time I?m in Austin Read more

Our server was the best! We are from Indianapolis, IN. And we are interested in a big Austin move and he really gave us alot of... knowledge and took the time to also tell us about other really good food spots around. The food was also great! The queso was alittle spicy as I've heard others say but still tasty. It was a good experience. We had the chicken flautas. Read more
