So many choices of teas and smoothies! They have 44 ounce cup that comes out to about $13 and some change. Awesome boba place!

Not suitable for vegans or people with dairy allergies. They only have soy milk (which isn't a viable replacement) or non dairy... creamer (which still contains derivatives). I had to walk away empty handed. Other boba tea places have alternatives like almondmilk, oat milk etc. If the owners of this place decides to introduce appropriate nondairy milk alternatives then I'll be happyto come back and bump the rating. Otherwise the place is clean and the employees were friendly. This is just a warning to thosewho are strictly dairy free - this isn't the place for you. Read more

I went to tapioca today and the lady taking my order tried to sneak a middle finger at me while I was getting my card from my... purse, when I looked up she quickly put her hand down like I didn?t just see her. After that she threw my receipt at me so hardit flew behind me. When I got my drink the worker said ?here?s your drink bitch? and told me to get out. I was so confused onwhy they were treating me this way. When I got home I realized something was floating in my drink when I looked closer it was along black hair. When I looked even closer there was about 5 lice in my drink having an apparent pool party. Horrible serviceand unsanitary establishment, don?t come here. Finally when I got home I had a horrible case of diarrhea and almost shartedtrying to unlock my door. I threw up really badly as well due to nausea seeing the hair. Read more

Great Hotspot for wonderful handmade teas. Staff here is wonderful and helpful. Lines are long so I recommend to download the... Teapioca Lounge app and order online. Fast pick up and avoid lines through by ordering online plus it would be helpful for staffby just ordering online. Place is wonderful! Avoid long lines...just order online to avoid its line. Really good options, $16 for two 24oz drinks though?I feel like you should be able to get tapioca or jellies for free with the... blend, like Culver?s with their custards (2 toppings for free with the milkshake). Read more

Staff was super kind and quick with my order! I got a boba cup as a road trip souvenir since they were unfortunately out of... coolers. I got to try the red panda series oolong tea and it?s fantastic! The tapioca / boba pearls were not under or overcooked like some places 10/10! Read more

Love every drink I?ve gotten here so far, my favorite has definitely been the strawberry lemonade, a simple drink but done just... how I like it. It tends to get pretty busy, but the wait time isn?t all too bad, the employees are very efficient. Read more

I?m shocked. I usually love going here but I spent almost $6 for this cup of ice. The ice is packed all the way to the top,... there?s so much ice my straw won?t even go to the bottom of the cup because there?s nothing but ice. I can feel the iceliterally bulging out the top where the plastic wrap is. This is not cool, at all. 2 stars because I usually don?t have aproblem, but this was just bad. Edit: I spoke to a manager in hope he could help me, but he just kept saying ?That?s just howthe drink is.? But, I have been going here for over 2 years and have never had this problem before with this drink. I explainedthat to him and he just kept saying ?Nope. That?s just how the drink is.? So, I guess he was unwilling to help. I probably won?tbe visiting this location again. Read more
