Food was pretty good. Service was slow on the weekend. My wife loved the avocado toast.

As an Eggs Benedict connoisseur, it is typically a great representation of how good the restaurant is. Unequivocally, I just... enjoyed the best Eggs Benedict of my life. Thick but soft English Muffin, perfectly crisp Canadian Bacon, expertly poached eggswith just the right amount of soft yolk and then the piece de resistance, the Hollandaise Sauce. The entire Benedict can be lostif this one component isn?t master crafted to bring the entire dish together. The Hollandaise sauce at Texas Spice has achievedthat perfection. The lemon aftertaste came through to give the light fluffy topping a dish worthy of the most classicallytrained French chef. If you are in Austin and haven?t had the Eggs Benedict at Texas Spice, you haven?t experienced a culinarymarvel you won?t find outside a 5 star restaurant in Paris. Read more
