Damn this place was GOOD. Ate there for lunch, then went back like 5 hours later for more. Wow. Well worth the prices.

I ordered the salmon and the tuna hand rolls. These were tiny. It looked like the size of two normal nigiri. The food was... delicious, but amazingly overpriced. I spent over $20 to a few bites. They are less than half the size of a normal hand roll andyet way more expensive.\n\nI felt incredibly ripped off. Read more

This truck outside Texas sake serves taco style sushi handrolls. Everything was delicious!\n\nMust trys: salmon , scallop, and... Hamachi.\n\nThe king crab was delish and very butter, however it was $25 for one. I wish the nori wasn\'t soggy when served, maybe if they toast the seaweed a little? Hard to bite thru the taco and no have everything fall out. Regardless, I\'ll bebringing more friends back!! Read more

The sushi was quite tasty here. Definitely several options including spam. I only give it four stars because the sushi isn’t... rolled but more like a taco. With seaweed outside being soft and somewhat hard to but through these were hard to keep together.Presentation and taste were spot on though. Read more

Bluefin Tuna and Salmon hand rolls were super disappointing, sour and off-putting. It just wasn’t good. Huge bummer for the... price. Maybe it was an off day but I wouldn’t go back. Read more

Rice was very vinegary so it was too sour. Scallop and king crab were of good quality.

DELICIOUS spin on sushi. Cooked over a charcoal grill you can’t go wrong with any choice. My personal favorite was the spam.... Don’t forget to get some edamame for an appetizer! And stop in to Texas Sake for a drink to wash it down. Dog friendly! Read more

Quite wonderful sushi offerings here, this food truck has a great take on sushi hand rolls. The presentation is top notch, and... getting to see the grill from the ordering window is super cool!\n\nSalmon was my favorite, balancing sweetness and savory wasan amazing bite of seaweed along with a great accompanying sauce, and a citrus touch to make everything taste sharp.\n\nI endedup having a majority of the rolls menu, and everything was great — the tuna was very direct and a clear taste of tuna, thepork belly was not too fatty and blended well. Even spam/oyster mushroom were really well done with lots of flavor.\n\nReallyenjoyed the experience here alongside Texas Sake. Definitely recommend the combo for a casual night out with friends :) Read more
