My husband and I visited for the first time for our anniversary and we really loved the food and atmosphere. The cheese fondue... was perfect with the bread and veggies. The selection of meat was plentiful and very satisfying. Ending the meal with the turtlefondue was the icing on the cake, although I was pretty stuffed by then. I was able to take a few dips and bites to end thenight. I literally left there fat full! Read more

We very much enjoyed our meal here. I feel we definitely had the value for the money. The cheese fondue was outstanding. Salads... full of flavor! Entrees were excellent, quality meats, very nicely prepared and the accompanying sauces were fantastic.Chocolate fondue was outstanding as well. A couple of quibbles... told them it was our anniversary when the reservation wasmade, but no mention of it by waitress or hostess. Finally...... my husband and I both had water with our meals.....my husbandhad a drink with his....scotch on the rocks......they charges 50 cents for the ice! Are you kidding me??? I have neverexperienced that before! Charging 50 cents for ice with an $8 drink is ridiculous.... but no charge for water with ice.....seems inconsistent and petty. My boyfriend brought my here for my birthday and we had a great time! We reserved our table the same day which is nice so that... way you don’t have to wait. We went with the Complete Experience for Two which is a four course meal for 2 people at around$97..a bit pricey, but it was a special occasion, and they give you a ton of food!! We got to enjoy cheese fondue, startersalads, lots of different meats/seafood to cook in a yummy broth, and of course chocolate fondue with tons of desserts and fruitto dip in! Our waitress Victoria was really nice and very attentive, and a kind lady who I believe is the manager brought me acomplimentary champagne for my birthday and my boyfriend a non-alcoholic drink since they knew he was driving. I would say thefood is 4 stars but the service and experience was definitely 5 stars! Our stomachs are so stuffed but it was such a fun time!You have to try this place, highly recommend. Read more
We have been here a few times now, and every time, there were amazing food and services! The cheese and chocolate fondues are... too die for! The salads and meats are also pretty good. There are a lot of variety to choose from, so we love to try outdifferent thing every time we're here. Our servers are always lovely and attentive! We were even offered a toast when we wenthere for my husband's birthday. And they even noticed that I didn't drink, so they offered me the option to toast withstrawberry soda, which was good! It's certainly on the pricier side, but not too expensive. And they have various specialsduring the week. Reservation online is very easy, and we are always promptly seated when we get there. We eat fondue regularly, at home. This was our first time to eat at The Melting Pot, and we will definitely go back. The... atmosphere is very romantic and relaxed. The entire event was almost 3 hours from start to finish. Dining the way it should be.The waiter was excellent and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. I was surprised with how much food we got, especially themeat. Key take aways for other people...1. prices with tip are high, but consider the quantity, quality and the entire 3 hourexperience, it is worth every penny. 2. It can take 3 hours!
