One of the best burgers I\'ve had in a while! It\'s a little food truck behind lustre pearl and I really had simple... expectations, but wow we really had them shot out of the water and loved it.\n\nI expected a smash burger as tbh I didn\'t thinkanything else done good was doable in a food truck, but he took his time and did a nice thick medium rare burger with a perfectflavor.\n\nThe meat aside, the grilled peppers were caramelized great, the chive aioli was super tasty, the buns were nice andtoasty, and the cheese was nicely melted. I’m posting this on behalf of my husband. He ordered from The Perfect Bite while I ordered at the food truck next door. He... waited for over 30 minutes and never got his food. When his pager finally went off, he went to the truck and the guy workingasked what he ordered and couldn’t find the food. The man seemed extremely out of it? When he took the order, he asked 3different times what the order was. It was a single chicken sandwich. There also seemed to be some confusion with the order infront of his. We asked for a refund at this point. Needless to say, we will not be returning. What a waste of time.. Read more

Food was meh, never told us our food was ready. Cook was gracious and offered to help. But I the end was not worth the money.... Would not recommend. Only ate the fries and threw the chicken sandwich away( well set it aside). Read more

Outdoor area that would be great on a cooler day and if you wanted to bring your dog. We went on a 103• day and it was a hot... miserable wait for the food.\nThis place, to us, is meh.\nBecause of the price we have to give it 3 star.\nFelt the burger as awhole was dry I’m thinking due to the bun. The bun seems like it’s a croissant type bread which I typically like. Maybe itneeded more condiments.\nI got the 1st St and it was ok, overall the family says theirs was ok but nothing great.\nThe frieswere good though.\nI think people should check it out to see if it’s for them and now that we did we won’t be back as wewere not impressed. Very good! I swung by to see what they had on their menu. There were not any salads on the menu but they had all the fresh... ingredients for one. The owner made me a fantastic salad with chicken. It had amazing flavors. Next time I would keep out thebrie cheese. He did ask what I liked or didn\'t like though and I didn\'t mention the brie cheese so that was my fault. I justput the cheese to the side and WOW. Flavorful! I will be going back! Read more

Terrible service and food. Waited over 30 minutes for overcooked, border line burnt burgers, cold and under cooked fries.... Overpriced in general and especially for the quality of food we received. Read more

We got their south 1st burger and the brodi one and it was good. It was very moist and the buns very very tasty. It is very big... and comes with chips or fries. The price is $12-15 depending on what you pick. There is plenty of seating space in the foodtruck park as well. Read more
