Y'all. This food is RIDICULOUSLY delicious. I cannot believe how well seasoned and flavorful absolutely everything is. I got the... Super Fresco and Del Ray tacos, as well as the queso with chips. The super fresco was my absolute favorite, and it makes TacoBell's cheesy gordita crunch look pitiful. Located on east side in a food truck park, they offer an all plant based menu from tacos to burritos. Their queso is all vegan... and will satisfy your cravings, the nachos are very filling so bring your appetite! Great options for vegetarians/vegans! The nachos I ordered were the Birdie Sanders and are incredibly delicious. They are so... tasty and spicy. The only criticism is the chips got soggy because it was so much food I couldn?t eat them fast enough. I alsoordered the grilled avocado taco. It was pretty good I ate it between bites of the nachos. This place is a must have if you want excellent vegan mexican food. Everything on their menu is so delicious, you will be... craving it all week long. I highly recommend getting the big brunch burrito (served all day) and the super fresco tacos. Youwill not be disappointed. I?m not vegan myself, but their tacos are just delicious! I?ve visited the vegan nom several times in the past year, and always... left happy. Their breakfast tacos taste exactly like real meat breakfast tacos and their regular tacos are very unique. It?s amust stop if you?re visiting east Cesar Chavez.
