I struck out on good service today? :/ ?Where do y?all get your meat from?? ?Wut?? ?Like Boar?s Head or local farm or... anything???? ?A truck. Cysco. ? Bottled water (like a 24 pack) was thrown in the cooler up front still in the plastic wrappingso I had to dig around to get to it. No big deal but I mean nobody leaves coke bottles in the little plastic thingy. You justwanna grab and go. Just felt like I was more of a nuisance than someone they want repeat business from. Must be a shortage of egg salad and deli meats. Shouldn?t be I saw whole barrel of it. Paper thin meat and if I really searched... through the lettuce I might have found the egg salad. Just barely enough to remember a time when thunder cloud made good subs. Read more

Wonderful fresh sandwiches but the person making it is key! Hit or miss among the locations around Austin but always hopeful.... The fresh baked bread and everything is always very fresh:) Parmer is good, usually Pflug location is great, just depends on whoyou get so be as specific as you can be! Read more

Poorly made sub,no thunder sauce,Mayo or spicy mustard(all things paid and asked for)but the guy also said my order wasn?t... ready(online order) when I arrived there was a few ppl there waiting.I asked for a top he gave me a over sized top that didn?tfit a cup more like a top for a side or soup.I hate this because I was on lunch break and had to head back so couldn?t get itremade but don?t think I want to.I also didn?t receive my pickle spear?.(also paid for)Just hope they don?t make others wrong. I donated plasma then came here for lunch. As I was ordering my food, I felt strange and passed out. The employees and patrons... of this location stepped up and took care of me. I really appreciate everything they did to keep me safe and for calling anambulance. I'm fine now and really appreciate the kindness and care. You all deserve a raise! And your tuna fish subs are myfavorite! Read more

TLDR: exactly what you expect, and you get what you pay for. For food I had the New York Italian. The sandwich was pretty good.... Bread was soft but just chewy enough. The meat was flavorful lettuce crisp. The whole nine yards. The thunder sauce reallyhelped bring everything together. They have a selection of both Vickies and Lays chips. The location is a bit dingy. Oldlinoleum, faded paint, etc. but it was clean, just in dire need of a facelift. The people behind the counter were more thanpolite, so no issues there. Read more
