I just wanted to give a shout out to someone that works here. I had a horrible experience at another location and chose this one... stead. I called and mentioned the stress I had at the other location, while ordering. The sweet angel of a person on the otherend of the line, was Kathryn. She apologized and was so kind to me while taking my order. It wasn?t even her store location butshe made me experience so much better. I came in to pick up my order and when I proceeded to pay she said it was on the house. Idid not expect this at all and told her no I could accept that. She insisted and was the kindest soul I?ve come across in a verylong time. Just a reminder that a little bit of empathy can go a long, long, way with someone. Food was fine but it was terrible service by one guy in particular. I know rush hour sucks, but it wasn?t the wait that made... this a bad experience, it was the guy who took our order, didn?t have a name tag but he was wearing a black beanie and a badattitude. No need to be rude and yell at customers, especially when we?ve been nothing but nice. It wasn?t because it was loudeither, we misunderstood something he asked and he yelled with exasperation. I let it go instead of walking out, but then he?srude again to my girlfriend when I left to get drinks after we paid. Not sure what bug bit him, but he needs to be chewed outbefore he gets into bigger trouble with someone less patient. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Read more
Under $6 for a large Italian style sub sandwich. Delicious and fresh. Great service always and fun music while you enjoy your... lunch break ???? Went in for a quick meal after a soccer match and man did these guys deliver. My daughter finished hers before I could take a... pic but she got the All American sub which was awesome. I had a regular Turkey and did it hit the spot. For both subs it cameout to under $12!! That?s insane in todays market lol. Great value, great service, and great subs.
