Everyone loves Tiff's, but I just came here to RAVE about this location. I use Tiff's at minimum 4x a month for work and... normally have to pick up in the earlier hours. Every time I go in the staff is SO sweet and has my order prepared perfectly!Also wanted to give a super shout out to the tall guy that normally works the morning shift. (I'm sorry I haven't caught yourname) I would go so far to say he is one of the best representatives of Tiff's. Amazing customer service, always super friendly,and helpful. He is absolutely amazing and deserves to be recognized!! He is the reason that I will continue to use Tiff's forwork vs any other cookie place. OH and their snickerdoodle cookies are FABULOUS! I love Tiff's treats and have always ordered online for delivery I have 4 kids so we always get a couple dozen. I visited the... store in person last week to pick up cookies on my way home and the young lady who works the front definitely shouldn't be! Ittook her forever to ask me what I wanted. Dry tone definitely didn't want to be there almost seemed bothered! I asked about thenew butter pecan cookies no feedback either way. She half warmed up the cookies just to send me on my way.I will never visit inperson again. Read more
Went in the other night and nobody helped us. We walked in as other customers were walking out, the employee saw us walk in. We... stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and waited. The employee was in the back, on his phone. There was another employeewiping the counter in the back, facing us, and saw us. And there was another employee doing something else back there too. Wewere talking and laughing so they not only saw us but would have heard us too. I have never been here but maybe it was ablessing because the cookies in the display looked over cooked. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes. Not a single worker came to the counter to assist us. We made eye contact with one worker... wiping the counters in the back. The other two were sitting on their phones. We ended up walking out. Very disappointed. I don'trecommend this location. Read more
Rosanne is an excellent Employee with such a patience voice. My tiffs treat order to a friend ended up in disaster but she... corrected the issue immediately and got it delivered the same day! Thank you for taking the time to listen to my issue and takecare of it efficiently! Give this lady a raise LOL. I agree with her suggestion of a tote for the cookies as mine got eaten upby ants. yikes! Thanks again Rosanne I will be using Tiffs Treats again! Read more
This is quite a good looking establishment, with good and quick service. But that's about it. The menu is small, and the prices... are decent at best. The cookies are good, but honestly you could get grocery store cookies and heat them up , for half the costand the same taste. They have other menu items, but I dont think it makes up for the decent cookies. There's nothing inherentlywrong with Tiff's Treats, it's just boring and feels uninspired. Read more
