I've never felt so scammed for something I supposedly agreed to pay for. We ordered three entrees and a side. Cashier asked us... what we wanted for a drink and I said just a water. He said you may as well get a combo. Sounds fine enough, right? The "combo"is over twice the price of an entree. We're talking about PIZZA that's already over $5 a slice. The place was truly amazing, the logo is so horrendous. The pizza was delicious though, it made mouth explode, it was so cheesy,... Ioved the sauce it just melted on my tongue. Such a experience, I totally recommend it to children. Read more

So, I was looking at the pizza to see which one I wanted. I usually get cheese because everything else is gross. The cheese... pizza looked kinda dry and old so I asked one of the workers (an older Hispanic gentleman) ?How long ago was the cheese pizzamade?? Very poor customer service, I was ordering pasta but didn't really want the whole meal with a salad and drink, so I asked for... spaghetti with meatballs. The person getting my meal ready didn't even speak English so it was hard to communicate with him, hewas just pointing at things to me. I got my meal heated up, going to pay and the person who seemed to be a manager informed thatif I want spaghetti with meatballs I need to purchase the whole meal which was over $12!! Are they nuts? 12 bucks for somemediocre mall food?? So I said in this case I will just get pasta, so right in front to me he took the meatballs off from myplate which was very awkward. Went to grab a meal before a movie. Originally wanted a combo meal with a side pasta, but the stuff they had didn?t look that... good, so I just got a slice of pepperoni. Pizza is honestly smaller than your usual mall slice (like Sbarro), but tasted goodenough for 3 stars. Around $8 for a slice and a fountain drink. Read more

Sooooo..we?ve been coming to the mall since I was very young about 12 years now and we have always eaten there because the food... IS pretty good. Though these past couple times I have gone the staff have been extremely rude and an older woman rolled her eyesat us because she didn?t want to wait for us to decide what my sister and I wanted (my sister is shy). The boy next to herthought it was funny (when she rolled her eyes and gave us and him a look) and cracked a smile. (He also was rude when talkingto us.) This last time if you aren?t specific they don?t ask and give you whatever and if they don?t hear you right they arerude to you when you tell them what you actually were asking for and when you aren?t done completing your order once you orderthe first thing. I wanted to buy a kids menu with a slice of cheese pizza, a drink and chips. The gentleman did something wrong and gave us a... bigger slice pizza. The gentleman at the register, which seemed to be the manager, asked us in a very rude way what else we wantand charged every item independently. I mentioned that we wanted a kids meal.
