*sigh* What can I say about this Wendy's ???? It's the best of times and it's the worst of times. If you get there early... enough during the daytime (regular working hours) the food is fine. But if you show up late night which is what they kind ofspecialize in, you might not get the best food at all. They really need to cut back on the late night and just stick to regularhours when there are more people on staff. Read more
I was just there this morning. They had me pull up to the door, and then forgot my order. I watched them serve 4 or 5 cars, so i... parked and went inside and waited another 5 minutes. I get to work and check my order and they didn?t give me syrup for myfrench toast sticks. Read more

Spent. $30 .. got my order wrong. Ordered a Dave's double... And they gave me a chicken sandwich. When they handed me the... drinks, they spilled over top on me as they were handing them over. They handed EVERYTHING to me at the same time and rushed meoff. And didn't give me a receipt. This location has been extremely disappointing. It's not the first time I've been given thewrong order. I've been here before and it's always been decent both in service and food quality. Tonight though, my daughter and I went... through so I could get a Frostyccino. Rudy took my order. I commented to my daughter that I wanted to steal him for myworkplace because of his friendliness and instantly understanding my request for "more Frosty, less ccino". It was perfect btw.She pointed out to me the smiles on the other employees faces, how rare that is, and how wrong it would be to take him away fromthem. Ah well. If anyone from Wendy's is reading this, PLEASE give that man a raise!! He is a wonderful role model for thoseyounger men! I will definitely be returning when I'm near that side of town. Update 1/21/22 I'm not sure what's happened in theshort time since I felt encouraged to give a rave review. Last time I was here under a week ago it was ok. Not very happypeople, likely being overworked and underpaid, and the frosticcino was ok. This time however, the drink was horrid. It was sosour. Either the frosty had seriously turned or something other than frosty and coffee was put in it. I had already driven away.I tried to call the store but nobody's answering their phone and the voicemail was too full to leave a message. Unfortunately, Ican't ever trust the store again. Read more
