I went one night to pick up burgers on my way to work, the burgers that my husband and I bought had meat under cooked and I had... to put them in the microwave to finish cooking the patties. I called corporate office and because I paid cash, they couldn?trefund me, also make sure you get a receipt so you can give info on it to make a report, you have to ask for one since theydon?t just hand it over. I didn?t care for refund, I just wanted corporate office to be aware of the location serving undercooked meat. They said someone was going to call me, I think the manager to speak to me but nobody ever called. I will neverreturn to this location again. Read more
Great fresh food but they never gave me the cookie, that they asked if I was interested in purchasing one. I wanted one after... they mentioned it to me and ordered a sugar cookie. Then when I finally went to look for it in bag, for something sweet, itwasn't there.... Read more
Wrong drink. Barely any fries. Food was cold. Didn't give me the sauce I ordered. They obviously don't care about anything... because literally the whole order was wrong. They either can't read or just chose not to. Ridiculous. Places like this give foodservice a bad name. Read more
Only 2 because the food quality was good. The fries were warm and crispy and the burger was good even though it was wrong. The... guy asked me if i wanted the single or double so i said double and no onions he said ok. Well burger came as a single withonions. I tried eating the fries on the way home. They were ice cold when I was handed them in the drive thru. I should have known they... weren?t going to be any good when from the time I placed the order to the time I got the order it was under 2 mins. Yup foodthat had been just sitting around. Nothing fresh, went to get the nasty taste out of my mouth?.. ordered a Dr Pepper and it?scoke. Such a waste of time & money. This location is near my office and it's one of the few fast food places that is consistently open for dine-in. It has several... things going for it. It's pretty clean. It's speedy. And the food is pretty good. It's Wendy's, which I happen to believe isone of the better quality options for fast food. The bourbon bacon burger is one of the best fast food burgers going as oflate. Negatives? First, there's some sort of weird quirk with Wendy's. Just like McDonald's always has issues with the icecream machines, every Wendy's seems to have issues with their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. On today's visit, one was completelyout of order and the other was missing over a fourth of the drinks. Also, this location is still engaging in some of thepandemic hysteria -- all of the condiments have been removed from the self-service area and the food is still served to go, eventhough you can eat in.
