Bought a breakfast croissant meal and didn't know the sandwich came w/ mayo. Took it bk, but breakfast was over. Ask for a... chicken burger(equivalent to the price of the breakfast sandwich) 10 minutes looked at sandwich & it was the $1 chicken burger.Had I not been in a rush I would have taken it bk. Very rude employees, no Hi your total is!! Just mexican employees talking trash in Spanish. Took my credit card and never said a... word to me. Then the Baconator burger is so small, it looks a jr. Burger. Paid $14, just to stay hungry still!!! Read more
Don?t trust the hours. They seem to close whenever they want to. Went to the drive through at 3, hours say 4. Was ignored at the... speaker, drove past the window to see 2 workers chilling. Gave me the ?closed? hand sign. Don?t rely on them being open. Read more
Didn?t have any 4 for 4?s or biggie bags despite being on the menu, said ?we don?t do those?. Only had 2 sodas and Hi-C, my coke... tasted watered down. Always see homeless hanging around the drive through sleeping or begging for money. Not coming back to thisone. Read more
I waited in line for 20 minutes, and then I was told to hold on for another 10 minutes. No joke I was then told they couldn't... take my order! No joke it was like 8:30 at night.. I'm not even mad I'm impressed. Maybe go to the Taco Bell next door next time Read more
Homeless guy was standing in front of the box to order on the drive thru and kept harassing every car that drove up. I ordered a... baconator combo but they gave me the wrong burger completely and it was also missing the cookie we ordered. Would not recommendthis Wendy's. Read more
Went and ordered two sandwiches and a medium drink they gave me the medium drink with no ice and I asked them do they have any... ice they ignored me they would not say a word to me maybe if they learn to speak a little bit of English in this place I meanfor God's sake this is America and not Mexico the temperature was 107 outside !!!! Super rude employees. I showed concern for someone that was either asleep or passed out at the drive thru window. And just asked... if they were aware that the person was there as every car in front of me had to swerve to avoid crushing their legs. The drivethru lady just looked me up and down twice after almost throwing my food bag at me before giving me a wave off thank you andmade sure the window closed in my face.
