I arrived at 11:09 p.m. on 9/9/22 to place an order to go in the restaurant and was told ?We are not servicing in store due to... low staffing. You need to go through the drive through?. With an understanding I left to go back to my vehicle when I noticedtwo other cars pulled in and the guests entered. I stopped and stared inside to see if they will be served and to my surprisethe same person who?d stated the earlier took both parties? orders. I was extremely upset at what I had witnessed and waitedaround to confirm that it wasn?t a pick up order as they had transacted as if it were a normal order. 2 stars for the food always being good (because it?s whataburger), but my mobile orders are consistently missing items and the... service is unfriendly. I just got home to realize a burger was missing from my order; I called and drove all the way back to getit corrected, and didn?t get so much as a sorry or a free cookie or anything.
