This location regularly takes 20 minutes or longer during non-peak hours to produce orders that are both cold and often... incorrect. Their staff appears lazy, not particularly friendly, and you can tell from watching the kitchen during your long waitthat their lacking sense of urgency is only second to their utter lack of organization. These are the types of locations thatactively harm the Whataburger brand; I wish corporate would force this franchise owner out immediately and find someone who isinterested in running a good business. 30 mins to get our food with no one in the lobby except one other family, I ordered dine in with a kids meal and a salad. I... asked about the food after 25 minutes and the manager said nothing. He just started on the order and finished it. Didn't saysorry or anything to acknowledge their error. Will never come here again. Read more

I've never had a bad experience at any Whataburger until now. My partner and I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order placed at 8... am that was projected to take less than 10 minutes. When we finally got our order, it was cold and missing fries. I walked inthe store to politely ask for our fries and the staff gave me looks and acted like I was inconveniencing them. There were atleast 6 workers, only two of whom seemed to be doing something productive. What was shocking to me was how the manager inparticular meandered around and didn't discourage his employees from making side comments about me. The store itself was filthy(the customer area and the back), and the napkins/ketchup/salt/pepper were unstocked. Read more
First time in Austin and eating at a Whataburger. Surprise! It is very good oh, way better than say, in n' out. The hamburgers... are large size and the meat taste great oh, well cooked and seasoned and the fries are very crispy and tasty. All the peoplethat helped me at this Whataburger were very fast and efficient and nice. Recommended. Read more
My curb side order came out at 8:30 , was suppose to be ready between 7: 50 and 7:55. No ketchup or napkins . There was no... one there in line when I arrived, a bus full of students drove up after I arrived. They were all served before anyone cameout with our order. Order was cold on top of that!
