Came in at 10am. Alyssa taking our order crushed it. Amanda (the manager I think) was super delightful. You could tell she... really cares about her job and the service here. Fastest I've ever gotten food at a Whataburger. We just moved to thisneighborhood, and will be making this our Whataburger of choice in the future. Always takes FOREVER. Don?t come to this location if you need food fast. There was only one other car in front of me when I... pulled up. It took awhile to get someone to take my order. Asked for a chicken salad, no bacon with a sweet tea. Paid. Pulled upto park behind the other car that was already waiting. After waiting 13 minutes, someone comes out to ask for my receipt, Iguess they lost my order and needed to see what I got. I reminded him, no bacon. Guy who ordered after me got their order. Aftersitting for 15 minutes total I finally get my BACON COVERED SALAD. Yayyyy. If I wasn?t so hungry I would?ve returned it butwhatever. I?ll just complain here and warn you all that this kitchen is always flipped upside down no matter what time of day itis. You?ll get your food faster if you drive to the next whataburger. Read more
There is a 35% your meal will be wrong if you have any modifications, also heads up they lock the doors 10 minutes early. It... does not matter if you want your order togo. Some staff are very nice, some clearly don't care about their jobs or customers.I've been eating at this restaurant for over a decade. It wasn't always this hit or miss. I understand a lot of places are short staffed these days and there may be a lot of new hires adding to the uphill battle of... keeping up with busy parts of the day, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional We ordered Dine In but got a To Gobag, and of the roughly ten groups we saw go through the line after us, two orders were wrong Not a huge deal and things werefixed but I think the real issue may be management - it's rather awkward, sitting and eating while you hear someone barkingorders and insisting on there being more communication in an annoyed tone Who's going to want to communicate and coordinate whenthey're told to like that with a captive audience? In at 12:30. Drive through was backed up and inside was pretty busy. But, they took my order quickly, staff was friendly and... polite. My order can out very fast. Got my usual triple meat without the bun grilled onions, and onion rings I?m place offries. Order was correct and food tasted great. I would come again to this location. Read more
Not cool Whataburger. I go here about 3 times a week, due to being close to my job. This time the taquito was bad. Tortilla... wasn?t crispy, I opened it and it was mostly dried up sausage, barely any egg and smelled horrible. Read more
