Very friendly and accurate service. Despite the late hour and super busy drive thru, the lady taking the order patiently and... professionally walked me thru my order and revealed items I wanted but forgot to change. Outstanding service and food quality. Read more
The service is quite terrible at this location at the moment unfortunately. Even when there is no line, I have to stand there... for at least 15 minutes before a single employee even acknowledges me so that I can pick up my online order. They also move veryslowly even after they see that I am there. It took them a solid 10 minutes to just hand me my order that was sitting on thecounter in the back after 10 minutes of not even acknowledging my presence. Read more
Quality of the food has not been the same since the pandemic hit, and neither has the service. (Short staffed and the ones... working are over worked and tired, so it reflects in how they interact with the customers.) Sad state of affairs really. Butthey are trying and working hard so I do give them tons of kudos for that. Read more
We waited in line behind 1 car for an hour at 10 a.m.....there is no one in front of us, it's not a long line, but I live across... the street and this whataburger is ALWAYS slow. The food is always great and made-to-order, but the staff are often overwhelmed with how busy it is most days since this... location is right on the edge of campus. Prepare for a wait time. That being said, it's worth the wait. The staff have alwaysbeen kind when I've gone there, despite the gaggle of juvenile students. Read more
I do not recommend frequenting this location. Several times I have picked up food, and there have been multiple issues- order is... incorrect/incomplete, staff members are unfriendly/unapproachable, and once I ordered a soda that tasted foul. I recommendvisiting another Whataburger location in ATX before stopping into this one. Read more
Absolute worst whataburger I have ever been too. I was the first in line by the counter and they couldn?t take my order in 30... mins. They only work on the drive thru and do not care for walk in. In addition, the manager was very rude. Read more
