So, we are frequent visitors at many locations. I have had the app downloaded for a while now, but to date we just have not done... any online ordering. (Prefer to visit in person.) I recently realized I can scan our visits to count towards the rewardsprogram. According to the app instructions, to earn rewards points for in-store visits, there is a barcode (QR) that is supposedto be available at the register. We looked everywhere at the register for said QR "barcode" to no avail. There was one on thebottom of the sales receipt, one on the order receipt, one on the tray liner, and one on the trifold table placard advertiserthing. One of those led to an employment link, while the others sent me to download the app I already have. Maybe this locationjust didn't have theirs out? I will be certain to check at the others when we go bc now I'm curious. We visit enough that wecould benefit from the program and would like to participate. Am I missing something? Loved the old structure food was ice cold and when I went to go get change I was told I had to buy something again . And then... the acting manager guy said some choice words about my face. Not very professional. Read more

Worst location ever. I literally walked inside and placed my order at 5:57pm. Another customer placed her order right before me.... 5 ppl that came in AFTER us were served their food before we were & they were prioritizing the drive-thru over the order placedin lobby. Around 6:15pm I asked for a refund. This location was literally over staffed and employees were moving slow and doingthe bare minimum. It should not take 15 minutes for them to start making your order! Absolutely ridiculous! Read more

As a Texan, I LOVE Whataburger. I was surprised to see salads on their menu. Really big, beautiful salads. That said, this... location had their B team on board tonight. Slow as molasses and they forgot my daughter's burger. When I told them this, themanager made me hand my food back to them because I guess she didn't believe me? Then it took another 5 - 7 minutes for them togive me the burger along with the rest of the food. I'm used to the fast food places at Wm Cannon and I35 having bad service.They get so much traffic from the interstate that they don't have to make people happy. Read more

Food wasn't that great or neatly prepared. The food was pretty much a bust. Chicken strip were way overdone, the rootbeer just... happened to need to be refilled. So I had to ask for a new drink but they replaced it and all was right with the world. Read more

This place has the worst customer service. We went to the drive through ordered 3 meals. 2 with onion rings one with fries. We... didn't get the fries. Go in to get the fries and guy named Ryan gives my fiance an attitude. Then starts saying we didn't orderfries. Even though we have the receipt and order number. He hands us fries in a bag. Thought we were good to go. We get out onthe highway and it's a small fry. We ordered a large. So I call. Ryan answers and informs me that the next time we go there tolet him know and he will fix it for us. I ask so if we don't come back then how are you going to take care of this He has a badattitude says well its your choice I got to go its busy here. Hangs up the phone. I call back and ask who his boss is. He saidcall back after 3pm. What is your bosses name. It's busy I need to go. Who is the store owner. You will have to go online forthat. I said ok will just call corporate. I hang up call Corporate. They start a case. I was told on the phone and emailsomeone would reach out to you in 3 to 5 business days. It's now been 2 weeks and I have called corporate again still crickets.I'm still waiting. Stay away from this location obviously after reading other reviews they need new management. Read more

Haven't had a whataburger in many years. Visiting from Ohio thought I would give it a try. Well I was somewhat disappointed. ... The prices are kinda high. 2 double burgers only w/o cheese $12.75.
