Everything was good as always. I just have to get me a Whataburger sometimes. You know that urge for a Big Juicy Whataburger... Burger and when I get in my hands (I do mean Hands) I have this feeling that everything is right here and mine. It's wonderful.Just one problem my wife does not know I am here. I have been to this Whataburger location several times now and not once have I received what I ordered. It is actually almost... impressive how slow and inaccurate they are. It appears that "one bacon Breakfast on a Bun meal with orange juice, please" issome sort of internal code for "wait ten minutes and then throw whatever you've got in a bag". Almost gave two stars because Iactually liked the sausage biscuit I got but that's not the point here. Seriously, check your order before driving away. Read more
This Whataburger is hit and miss sometimes, you get good burgers sometimes and not so great other times. sometimes you'll be in... a long line waiting for a long time. they did put into lanes for drive-thru but it still seems like you're waiting longer thanusual. but, for the most part this Whataburger's usually pretty good. The lobby is open now. Super clean, even the bathrooms. I loves me my chocolate shakes. They still have the largest in town!... Even with all the price hikes, Whataburger is still the best bang for your buck. Read more
I brought my husband here for his first Whataburger meal after a pretentious Austin restaurant nearby turned us away because... they were too busy. The service we received here just goes to show you don?t have to have fancy decorations or a cool gimmick tobe five-star. Read more
I came to visit Austin from FL with friends from NY and CA. The moment we walked in we received probably the best customer... service from any chain on this level. Anthony took our order and was friendly, patient and helpful and gave the dope suggestionon trying the banana pudding shake (a must). The food came and we were blown away by how much it looked like it came out of anadvertisement. It was perfectly constructed and tasted awesome. On top of that the manager came by twice to check on us. Thefood and service was A+ and the place was crazy clean. We all recommend the Whataburger @ 1908 W Ben White. If this is the levelset for this chain all others are in serious trouble. Read more
After ordering online I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up. First they told me they didn?t have the gravy I payed for. The... food has obviously been sitting under a warmer for a half hour, the fries were stale and cold the chicken patty is completelydried out and the bun is a soggy mess. On top of that they made the order wrong. I unchecked the slaw button on the app. When Icalled up there the woman who answered said I didn?t understand what ?plain? means. I said I didn?t say plain I unchecked theslaw box. She said that it made it come through as plain like it was my fault that they didn?t know not to use an ingredient Iasked them not to. I've come here twice (one for online order pickup and znother for dine-in) and both times they gave AMAZING customer service.... Staff are friendly and greet you on entry, cheerful and provide fast service. Honestly some of the best customer service I'vehad at ANY establishment. Wish more places were like this! Read more
