I get so frustrated with this location. Why would you give a paying customer a piece of meat that is already broken like who... does this. This location that's who does it. Within the last two months I have had to return and go back to this locationbecause something was wrong with my food. This is so frustrating ????!!!! It's good to see the manager has upped his game at this location. Food has been hot, Fries have been fresh and the employees... have been friendly. When this first opened, OMG, worst whataburger. I am glad to say they are improving. Keep up the goodchanges that make Whataburger famous Mr. Manager. Don't be stingy with the fries and the condiments. I promise you , satisfyyour customers and it will all come back to you. I thought I'd check out the new Whataburger near my house and I will forever regret it. First off, there are two drive through... lanes. There will be a bunch of cars in the left lane and none in the right lane. You will think the right lane is the smartchoice. DO NOT GET IN THE RIGHT LANE. There is a normal panel to order from, but there is no window to pay or pick up your food.You just park in the lane and a guy comes out with a tablet to take your card. Then you wait for 30 minutes and he brings yourfood. Oh yes, 30 minutes. I could have ordered food from another restaurant and had it delivered while I waited for myWhataburger. But is the other line also slow? Ha Ha Ha! No. About seven cars went through the other line while I sat there. Isthe guy that comes out to you friendly? Ha Ha Ha! No. He kinda hates that you are making him come out to you. And you feel badtoo, but it's too late. You are trapped. Trapped forever. It is hell. The food was fine. One star. Worst location ever. I've had bad experience with this location multiple times now. Unfortunately this is the closest location... to me right now. I asked for souther smoked bacon burger but they gave me a plain burger with nothing in it. I wish they havetold me that they ran out of pickles or something then I would've gotten something else. Whataburger is one of my favorite places to eat. This is the first time I come to this location and I was very disappointed. I... order through the drive-through and they did not wanted to except my Apple Pay because they couldn?t grab my phone. So they askme to go inside so I can pay with Apple Pay. But it?s funny because half of the employees did not had face masks. I pay for myorder and wait for my order to be ready. The employe ask me if I had my drink already i said no. Instead of her giving me adrink ready with coke she just gave me the cup so I can fill it up my self. I was assuming the employees wanted me to thekitchen and make my own burger. After waiting 45 minutes in line at this location, I was given a completely raw chicken. Not just slightly raw it?s like this... chicken wasn?t even touched by any sort of heat. Unfortunately I ate it in my dark car so I did not realize until it was toolate. Be wary about this location. This was the 3rd and last time we have ordered from this location since it opened. Each time the order was lacking meals and... what was there was wrong. When we call to resolve the issue the managers do not care and try to blame the food delivery service.I'm pretty sure the drivers are not opening the bags (they are still sealed) taking out patties from burgers and addingcondiments and onions or taking the chocolate out of shakes. Even the one time we went through the drive thru, they couldn'tmanage to get the order right. Mistakes happen but the fact the management doesn't try to resolve the issues is why we willnever go back to this location. Read more
