Aj was super Charismatic and welcoming. Great customer service and excellent work ethic. This mans energy upon entry was felt... from the door. We ordered online and it went through Door Dash. Door dash text and said they dropped the food so the order was canceled. I... called Wing stop to see If door dash actually canceled or if they started order over. Door dash just canceled it. The managed AJcalled door dash right away and while I was on hold had the order was being remade for delivery. I received updates consistentlyon how long it would take to make the wings and THE MANAGER HAND DELIVERED OUR ORDER!!!! AMAZING service when door dash ONCEAGAIN failed us. I have yet to receive the urgency and communication and effort to get my order completed correctly untiltonight. I?d give a 5 star rating but had a terrible experience with one of the cooks on June 27th,2022. He was completely... unprofessional, was questioning my order since he missed to forget adding the extra two ranches I paid for. When I walked backin he instantly had this attitude going on, I informed that my order originally comes with two ranches (15.99 deal) and I addedtwo extra ranches (total of 4). He seemed to doubt that I paid for the extra ranch and willing mentioned that I can show him theonline receipt but gave this disgusting look and just said ?ok, have a good day? but then came back and said ?I need to checkour receipts? and seemed like he came to his senses that I DID pay for the ranches after checking their receipts?. Ordered from this location the other night and instead of the usual wait time before pickup ( 15-20min) it was up to an hour,... hour and a half. When I went in to pick up my order thinking that it was surely a mistake I realized there was only 3 employeesworking the entire store and all the orders alone. With all their hard work I didn't mind waiting and found the staff to bekeeping it all together and working it all out. It's because of the staff I give 5 stars. Read more
