Rude manager refused to replace order. General Manager Renee called me after I put in a complaint for the wingstop on ed... bluestein. He offered a full replacement of my order for the inconvenience. Said I can pick this up at any of his stores. Irequested to send the order to this store because i don't trust the employees on bluestein. Called this location to fulfillorder and rude Manager Pablo refused to replace order. Said he can?t do anything for me because it was not his store that messedup my order originally. I played the recording of the conversation between me and the GM but Pablo still refused to help me.Said every wingstop has a diff GM and that he is the GM. I know enough to know that GMs DO NOT work in stores and each storedoes not have their own GM. GMs manage several stores. Very disappointed in the horrible customer service received from two diffWingstops in the Austin area back to back. New to Austin from Dallas and so far I?m discovering that a lot of these stores needto make their employees and management undergo training on how to appease and deescalate customers and how to offer amazingcustomer service since the customers are the ones that keep the business running to begin with!
