We ordered the Large 10pc Wing Combo about $25. The order arrived missing the fries and dip. The guy who answered the phone... sounded stressed and asked what I wanted him to do about it because he couldn't have the rest of our order delivered. He offereda refund. I'd give it a 5 star usually but it's the 3rd time I order the fries and they lack the seasoning. Like no seasoning at all. We... had to add salt at home and their blue cheese sauce is completely watered down! On the other hand their new sandwich isdelicious! Highly recommend it! Read more

Wings were so soggy and greasy. The fries were too. I had gotten 3 different flavors and none of them tasted like the flavor.... All I tasted was grease. As well as the fries. Stopped in for lunch. We ordered the 15 piece wings for 2, comes with two flavors of dipping sauces and two drinks. About $25... with tax. Came with french fries. We were looking forward to the fresh cut french fries however ours was cold, soggy, tinypieces and stale tasting. Wings were small. Expect a 20 to 30 minute wait so if you?re in a hurry at lunchtime, order ahead. Nowet wipes or napkins. You have to tear off a chunk of paper towel, the kind of paper towels that are usually in restrooms. TheHeinz ketchup packets contain high fructose corn syrup which is something I try to avoid. Since I had an allergy reaction to theHawaiian sauce, I believe the sauces also contain high fructose corn syrup. Read more
Wings were over cooked .....maybe I picked the wrong night(New Yesr's Eve) to try this place. I ordered 20 boneless wings... and got 20 bone in. So my order was all wrong and the wings were over cooked so they were very dry. So no one would eat them. Look how many barbecue wings I have left over. Read more
I know that often people only review when they have an issue. However, Diego and John at this wingstop make for the greatest... experience ever. In a world where customer service is at an all time low its amazing to get help the way that they help. Eachtime I come they are happy, smiling , and extremely helpful.
