This place was great. We happened to come in during happy hour, so we got an Alaska roll and the "ruby Tuna" as appetizers along... with some pork dumplings. We were very hungry and forgot to take pictures of those. The Alaska roll and dumplings were bothpretty mediocre, but the ruby tuna was very good. We asked if it was sashimi, and were told yes, but it definitely wasn't. Itwas three pieces of lightly seared tuna wrapped up with some greens and laid on top of seaweed. It was very good, just notsashimi. We ordered the katsu ramen with vermicelli noodles and the stir fry noodles with beef and the wide noodles for ourentrees. They were both very good and seasoned well, though the wide noodles were a little tough to chew. The staff was veryfriendly. Read more

I came here for dinner on a Sunday night. The space is hidden behind a wall so I initially thought this might only be a takeout... restaurant. I was seated and wasn’t attended to for quite some time. I ordered the chili wontons, miso soup, coconut shrimproll, salmon and tuna nigiri, avocado roll and beef hand pulled noodles. Other than the rolls I have to say that all lackedfreshness. The chili wontons were very sweet despite being in chili oil and the nigiri was matte and lacked flavor. The rollswere quite good and the miso soup was average. Finally the beef hand pulled noodles lacked the freshness one would expect. Itwas quite busy and this might have contributed to slow service. I finished my water and it was not refilled for the majority ofthe meal. The experience here was lacking. Read more

Great Asian cuisine, right in the mueller area. Don’t let the exterior fool you , I specifically went on a friends... recommendation and I’ve been back a few times … noodles, sushi, lunch specials and drinks all are great. Restaurant is nota big chain, small family owned restaurant with great tasting food. Read more

I’d been going to the Xian Noodle near Lakeline Mall since they took over the sushi place that used to be there. I absolutely... loved it! This review is for the Mueller location. Xian has really nice, fresh made Chinese noodles in a variety of formats. My favorite dish is the Dan Dan noodles with triangle shaped noodles. The beef is very tender and flavorful, the noddles areperfectly cooked and don’t get soggy. I did ask for a bit more of the pickled vegetables and I could have used more broth butit was otherwise a wonderful dinner. I’ll be back for sure. Read more

Near by HEB and a lot of parking. Didn't have to reserve or wait at all. We were in the west side of Austin, so it was a bit... of a drive. They were quick to sit us down and to take our orders. Food came out fast as well, but took a little time when itcomes to pay. Kids love sake maki and it was decent and fast. Wife and I specifically wanted to check out their noodles anddid not disappoint. They were serving some traditional Taiwanese beef noodles and dry noodles. The beef noodles soup tastedgood, but I felt like they changed it up a but to tailor to the locals. However, the dry noodles was authentic and brought backsome serious memories! When I was a kid at Taiwan, I had that all the time but without meat, as it was fulfilling andcheap! Overall, I would go again just for that, but it was a bit far from where we were. Read more

Food was good, fun to watch them make the noodles. Flavors were more earthy and you get to choose the type of noodle you want.... Indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't try the sushi bar, but another option for sushi lovers. Read more
