I have a soy allergy. So I stayed away from ramen restaurants that don't offer substitute or replacement broths that dont have... soy. But this restaurant isn't necessarily 100% soy free which is fine if I die I die.??????????? I'm willing to risk it fortheir quality ramen. But all jokes aside my coworker from Texas Neuro rehab recommended this place to me originally and so shehad it delivered to work. I got to sample it because we have similar allergies. My family and I came to this place on a Sunday around lunch time and the service was quick. I ordered a bento box and it was... tasteful. Both my husband and son got ramen and they both enjoyed it however my son said his chicken broth was a bit salty. Myhubby on the other hand said the spicy tonkatsu was actually spicy compared to other places where he has ordered it. The serverswere attentive ensuring all was going well. Food is good. We got ramen, rolls, calamari and beef set. But one thing I don't recommend and it made me feel uncomfortable is... boba milk tea *do not order it* the taste is just ok but it comes "WARM" with some ice cubes floating. I came here for the first time, I ordered 4 pieces of sushi and a bowl of ramen. The man who came in after me got 10+ pieces of... sushi and left before I got the rolls pictured. They were tuna, oddly tart and dry tuna. I never got my other 2 peices, thesushi chefs really didn't care. Nice quaint place. One server for many tables. My husband said the chicken teriyaki tasted ?old? or undercooked or something. ... He was given another dish and it tasted the same. This is a good local spot that could be better I suspect. No real service to speak of, it's more a sit click, order, eat affair.... The fish seemed to be lower quality than I expected relative to the price and overall nigiri construction average. Rolls weregood but nothing really stood out.
