I dont know if you will ever find more helpful employee than at this place. Mister Robert L literally saved our week. One of my... driver was arrested and Robert agreed to come out and check on a truck and make sure that everything is ok. Called me back oncehe had an update. I have been to 3 places (Flying J) and then the situation occurred none of them came out. Great place to stop. Clean. Most of the time food has been under heat lamp forever and they never have hot sandwiches made.
Don't stop here for fuel. The pumps are ridiculously slow and the pumps randomly decline all credit cards forcing you to go... inside where the transaction is approved with no issues. This is so inconvenient and has been gong on fire months. ObviouslyFlying J corporate could care less. Read more
Nice store and stuff. But I'm just a little confused why a refill of coffee with the same Philmor cup has a different price on... the same day. .60 cents extra later the same day. Read more
Never any problems, usually good service, no complaints. Buy gas , food, safety ???? equipment, and on the road necessities.
Me and my husband went to Flying J to pick up his brother who drove from Texas to Ohio. I was curious about all the services... Flying J have to offer and my brother in law showed us around. Their bathroom is cleaner than most people's and updated withgood taste. I can say 4 star hotel level, I was impressed. Got a few things from the souvenir section. The coffee/breakfast barwas clean, organized and well stocked. We were greeted at the cash register with a smile. Overall, I will use this place myselfif I personally need it to the level that my brother in law used them out of necessity. Read more
Most pumps blocked off and the ones that weren't took 2-3 times to get card reader to work. Handle didn't have metal piece to... make pumping easier. Only benefit is easy in/out of this location - if the pumps were addressed this would be 4-5 star place. Read more
Lots of parking even late if your not afraid to back into a spot. The ones who cant/ won't back in park along the entrance... early. Some areas of the lot are dimly lit and lines hard to see but all ya got to do is get out and look. Showers are big,clean, great water pressure. Night cashier very friendly. Read more
