I was not impressed with this breakfast at all..I had cheese added to my potatoes they just threw a piece cheese on them...It... looks like they just threw all the food on the plates..Not very much care of there presentation of the food...and the tastealso..I will definitely find another breakfast restaurant to post so stay tuned with a breakfast worth your time and money...Andthere service gets a very low rating also..I remember Bob Evans always being Good and worth the money, They have definitelymoved away from serving breakfast that way...Look at these eggs with cheese, not prepared well at all... 1st time at this astablisment. Friendly service. Food was okay. They advertised a special with avocado. I never got any in my... bowl and my bf's was hard (figuring why I didn't get any) if advertising a special/new item the main exciting ingredient shouldbe on had at all times or at least tell us there is none available. But overall still good food and I will give this placeanother try ;) Read more
Good food, absolutely terrible service. If they had been busy, it might be understandable, but the place was slow and it took 10... minutes to get acknowledged. Should have left then, but the server that came by seemed friendly. We ordered, drinks arrived,then nothing. Didn't bring bread, didn't stop back for refills. Food arrived a while later, then brought the bread, forgot tobring toast for one of the meals, no butter or no honey for bread (requested when we ordered). Asked 2 servers for the toast,reminder that they were not busy, came out finally, still no refills. The shame of it is that I didn't want to go to Bob Evansdue to poor service in the past at other locations. Will not be going to this one or any other and strongly suggest staying awayif you want decent service. Read more

The waiter was really great, even though it seemed like he had a lot of tables to take care of. The coffee was cold, and he made... a fresh pot. My food was lukewarm when it came out, but it still tasted good. It?s hard to tell from the picture, but the rollswere super flat like there was something missing before they were cooked. Overall, it wasn?t a horrible experience, but it alsowasn?t one that would make me want to come back any time soon. Read more

One of the managers got into it with an older employee. My understanding the older gentleman was on training. The manager... was loud about him quitting the job. You owners need to look at this manager that was doing all the yelling with coustermers in the place. He is the one that needs training. Way to go Bob Evans. Incidents like this is what makes people flip and gocrazy and start all that shooting they do now days. Hope your company can get a hold of this behavior from a MANAGER. Read more
