We sat for 20 minutes without being served. I am not quite sure why either because they weren?t busy. we came for dinner today around 5 o?clock. it?s a busy friday night, no surprise. our waiter ? jokes ? ( i think the receipt... said his real name is paul ) was FANTASTIC ! we have two small kids that get antsy and impatient and don?t always understand wehave to wait for food to arrive. he went above and beyond for my kids , he even entertained them with juggling & some specialtricks ! my kids talked about him for hours tonight ! we will always ask for him if he?s working. amazing was an understatement.this man deserves a raise , but definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work and kindness. Went here on a pretty steady Friday night. Atmosphere was nice just like any other night but our food was ice cold. I don?t know... why it was so hard to bring the food out when it was ready because there was more than enough helping staff. Our server was niceenough to get us half off for our food which we really appreciated. This is the first bdubs I?ve ever had a problem with and Ihope in the future they can improve there quality.
