I was told that double meat for a quesadilla was 7 dollars? after it was already made. Bringing my grand total to over 20... dollars for Just steak and cheese. Also, I got a quesadilla due to the fact that the guy rolling the burritos looked like hewas wrapping a softball. The Austin town location used to be the best it is the absolute worst now they always overcook steak so much that I don't even... order it anymore and the customer service is horrible The portions are horrible and terribly small while charging u more theybelieve that 5 pieces of cheese on top of a bowl is the portion they're supposed to give and when you ask for more than theycharge you for it, then they forgot to put queso on my bowl so I went back and said you forgot to put it on and she charged me$2.65 for a side of it when I called n complained she told me to bring my bowl back and they would put it on my bowl for me butwouldnt refund for overcharging me for their mistake they are the absolute worst do not go eat here they are terrible and sadlytheir food is now as well. Their customer service is gone so seriously downhill and is the worst I will drive to Salem orCanfield if I eat any of their food again. They've lost all the good they had. Read more
I accidentally placed an order for a location over an hour away. I was so upset because quesadillas aren't available in... Austintown at this time (machine to cook them is down.) So, I got in line to order anyway. I ordered my food and when I went topay they said it was taken care of. I didn't expect this at all. This was my mistake. Horrible attitudes. They rush you. And I specifically asked for nothing hot. Got the hottest thing I've ever tasted. Wasted $20... because due to med issues I can't eat hot stuff. Phone won't connect to the store. Last time at this location. Read more
They give the smallest possible servings of everything. You basically have to ask for double just to get the normal amount and... they didn't give me my chips for the kids byo. Read more
