Donoughts were baked hard and the drink was nothing like the menu photo. Overpriced.
I go to this location every morning for a coffee to start my day and the past few weeks the coffee cup Lids have been leaking... so bad that by the time I get to work 10 min down the road half my coffee has spilled out they are leaking from around the edgesnot the hole you drink from I have brotten this to there attention many times and nothing has been done please address thisproblem. This location is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and can get through a long line in no time. I don't go inside, but... the exterior is kept clean and well-maintained. Honestly, I really only get one thing at Dunkin' and that's the frozen matchalatte. This store is the absolute best at it. They actually make it smooth; no chunks of ice. It's a minor thing, but hey. They actually care about the quality of the product they put out, and I've noticed. Read more

After my workout, I had to stop at this Dunkin? to get a cup of water because the fountains at pf were down. I?m not one to go... through and only get a water but I really needed some so I went through the drive through. I love dunkin, I worked at the one onBailey road for a while. If someone came through and only ordered a water, we were ?supposed? to charge them 30 cents. Well atthis Dunkin? she tried to charge me $1 for a cup of water... all I had on me was 50 cents at the time and I told her that andshe would not give me the water unless I had $1. FOR WATER!!!
