It was a cold and rainy day so I stepped in for something warm to eat and a beer. Server waited on me when she got around to... it, not in a particular hurry that day. I ordered a Salad and Potato w/bacon soup. Salad was good, Potato Soup was yucky. Iguess some people like their potato Soup made with sour cream in it. I'm not one of them. Please seat yourself. We did. And waited. Waited about 15 minutes in a nearly empty bar and was getting up to walk out when the... waiter acknowledged us for drinks. Maybe he didn't see us because it was so very dark inside and the music was so loud. Youwould think it was a Sat night right? No just a normal weekday at 1 o'clock at this joint lol. The girl behind the bar workinghad all of her kids there. I assume they were hers she was carrying one around on her hip and serving drinks. She looked at ustwice and didn't acknowledge us but her children were fed.. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do lol. The food was ok. I got asimple BLT and my husband a reuben. Both were just typical sandwiches. Fries were good. Other items might be good on menu thatwe didn't try but I probably wouldn't drive out of my way to return. Terrible service. We are from out of town for a softball tournament and we have a party of 20. We ordered food at 6:45 and it... took over 2 hours for all 20 of us to get our food. Some of our kids ate over an hour before the rest of us still haven?treceived our food. I spoke with a waitress and she was rude saying it?s a Friday night even though there is maybe 20-30 peoplein the restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
