They do have great pizza. But nothing is ever right. One time I ordered delivery brier hill type pizza it was delivered with no... pasta cheese sprinkled on it. Just sauce and peppers. Next time we ordered a couple topping pizza and got a completely differentpizza with like 5 toppings we didn't order. Most recently ordered boneless wings and pizza. Pizza was great but got bone inwings that had enough sauce for 50. No consistency. Not worth the worry if you're gonna actually get what you paid for. Not verygood customer service either. Find people that care. Plenty other delicious places in the area. Read more

We placed an order online mid-afternoon, knowing they would be busy for Super Bowl Sunday and were okay with a wait. After about... 3 hours, my husband called the shop and the order had been mistakenly placed for pick up instead of delivery- not sure if it wasour error or a web error since we input delivery address. We were placed on the phone with a manager. We asked if it was able tobe delivered, and he said he wasn't sure when the order would be able to get there. My husband asked if we could have a refund,and we were told that the food was already made and paid for. We insisted on the refund, and we were told "okay, I'll go aheadand refund it since it's MY fault that it was placed for pickup. Never order again," and hung up on my husband. We've never hadan experience like this, and we order from this shop all of the time. It's my favorite pizza and I'm disappointed that there wasso much aggression from a member of the management. I don't feel that we were rude, just trying to find a solution to be able toget the food delivered. We will have to find a new favorite pizza place or a different location. Read more
