Horrible. I go to a hot head at least every week if not more. The austintown location is horrible lately. Only one where they... tried to charge me for both cheese. That time I explained to lady I wanted both. Half and half. Not my fault she mis heard me.That time she threw it all the way back to beginning and was mad the whole time she made a new one. NOW this time I orderedonline. No charge for how I wanted. I pick it up 10 min early it was already ready in warmer. I sit down to eat it and there washardly any toppings. Same lady Teresa was horrible and rude! Even mentioning how I got 2 cheeses. The veggies were undercookedand very hard. There was barely any rice and meat at all. The shell was extremely hard to where I had just dump the very littletoppings into a bowl and throw out the shell. It was absolutely disgusting. Read more
Employee snapped at me when I reached out and pointed to the beans. I reached over the low glass. They put hot sauce on one of... the items and were not supposed to and forgot to put the big container of cheese sauce in the bag so 30.00 later and going homehad to go back to get the cheese sauce. Staff a little pushy to rush you through the line and asking for extra napkins seemed to be an issue. The food however was... amazing. The restaurant was clean and laid back. Read more
They have good food and healthy options. The customer chooses their own food fate.
Got orders wrong when it was not busy. Don?t expect much customer service from young kids running the place.
