While the sandwich was expensive ($9 for a 10" sub) it was tasty! I got the Lulu I think it was called. Turkey and bacon. They... use real mayo and are generous with it. I'd give it 5 stars but the cost and the girl who worked the drive thru wasn't friendlyat all! C'mon customer service should be a natural. Smile, say please and thank you and your welcome. I had a large order which they got wrong. I called to let them know & the "manager" hung up on me. I called back & he told the... girl who answer to hang up on me because I was just calling to complain. Every time I tried calling back he hung up on me. Wouldnever go there again. Read more
Sat at the drive thru today, was waiting for someone to speak over the intercom. I normally buy the same sandwich all the time.... After multiple times ordering from this location it?s one problem after another. In the past three orders something was missing... or made wrong. I will not being ordering from this location again. First and last time customer. The sandwich was small compared to the tv commercials for Jimmy John's. I'm talking the width of... the sandwiches. I ordered 4 total. Since they were buy one get one half off. I only received half off one. The bread tasted asif it came out of the fridge. I was not impressed and will not order here a second time. Having gone to Jimmy John's quite a few times, I was really amazed at how poor my experience was. Was. I ordered a sandwich and... was sorely disappointed with what I received when I came home. The staff at this restaurant could care less about any customersand what their needs are. They were busy clowning around behind the counter while they were making my sandwich. When I got homethe meat was freezer burned and tough as leather. The sandwich is sloppy and falling apart and overall I was disgusted. Icontacted the Jimmy John's website and was told that the franchise owner would get back to me very shortly. It has been wellover a week and nobody has contacted me about this. This is not the place you want to spend your money for a sub sandwich. Theirstaff and the product they put out is substandard and not worth a 10th of what they're charging. Go somewhere else. I got the Vito sub and that was the best sub I have ever had. Omg ! They?re closed or I would go right now and get another one.
