Will not be back! Waited 10 mins before someone said anything to me. A very welcoming atmosphere for young families with children: Structurally sound and colorful play equipment . Electronic Menu... board allows 4 smoother ordering experience and the tables & chairs are cleaned/ sanitized promptly. Appreciated that the kidschairs in the play area were safely anchored and yet flexible enough to accommodate an active child. It made our birthday visita very pleasant one. Read more
My mother, I &two kids came. We ordered 3 fries,one cheese burger&A crispy chicken deluxe or something like that and also two... milkshakes. We waited over 50 minutes watching everyone from the drive thru come in complaining because they also had beenwaiting. Well we finally got our meals after an hour or so. Two plain cheeseburgers 3 fries and our milkshakes weren't theright flavor, fries were cold and no chicken sandwich at all. Wasnt waiting another hour for them to make it right so as mad asthe kids were about their milkshakes we left. I will say the manager tried everything to make it happen and was doing it all.The rest of the staff however was not doing anything really except watching him(the manager) run around doing it all. Wouldn'thelp any customers either. I won't even mention how dirty it was. I believe the manager should get a raise or atleast realemployees that will actually help him. I was asked to park at the curbside pickup and waited 25 minutes before I got my order. Ladies were running outside with orders... and frazzled. Finally I got the attention of a worker, she was very apologetic and gave me 4 free meal tickets for theinconvenience. I wasn't angry cuz they are really busting their butts since they are so short staffed. Read more
This visits was good but 9/10 times the food is cold and has been sitting out a while. My son only eats the chicken nuggets and... I always have to send them back and ask for fresh ones. McDonald's coffee is my favorite and every location is different. But nomatter when I've came it's always old coffee. Coming from Ravenna going towards lake Milton it's the only McDonald's to stop atunless you go all the way back to 59. Read more

Went there today had to wait like 15 min or more to order. Waited at the window a while just to get home and have a raw burger.... I just threw it away I was so disgusted. Thank God I look at my food when I eat it. I took one bite saw pink I spite it outbroke the burger in half and this is what they served me. Read more
