Look closely at the first picture, they cut the chicken breast in half. The chicken was already so small it barely fit on one... biscuit and they cut it into two. Then they covered it with cheese and gravy to hide their deed. I called the manager tocomplain and was told that is how it is supposed to be. I?ve been ordering this same exact meal for well over a decade, from thesame exact location, and this is the second time in a row that they have done this. The second photo is from the Perkinswebsite. Clearly, not even close to what I received. I don?t want my money back, I don?t want your free meals, I want Perkinsemployees to do their job correctly and not cut corners because they are lazy. Read more
Very good food the service was great the pies and the deserts are fantastic over all I gave a 5 star due to it was all great... seems hard to believe but its one if my favorites now now due to the team work they have the seating to just treating you verywell there they ask you if everything is ok very good about refilling drinks its just a great place to go and take the familywith you Read more

We have been going to Perkins for years and today we had manager on duty tell us we were going to be charged for the glass we... asked for to put my friends drink in. She has special drinks she has to drink so she brings her own drink. She just needed aglass of ice to put drink in. Wasn't the best experience. I'm hoping they don't do this as a everyday thing. Perkins is a Midwest restaurant chain. Nothing fabulous but you?ll get a quick meal and I?ve never encountered a less than happy... employee. Consider it a clean upscale Denny?s. This restaurant is very close to Hampton inn where we stayed. Its menu is very much like an IHOP's. My partner had tomato basil... soup, Honey mustard chicken salad, peanut butter silk pie as dessert; and I had Southwest salad with blue cheese dressing. Thechicken strips in my salad were cooked just right: tender and moist. I always say that cooking chicken white meat tests a chef'scalibre. If overcooked it can get tough and dry. Visit wendys next door instead. I can not state clearly enough how awful this visit was. The waitress got EVERYTHING... WRONG..hot tea with cream ordered...we got ice tea with lemon. I asked for medium steak..i got a well done steak with asparagusthat was inedible. I have to ask for butter 5 times....the water tastes like its been sitting in the bottom of a barrel...so ifyou want water ask for a bottle. Waited 30 minutes for the waitress to revisit us and the restaurant was empty...like doesanyone work? Wonder what it would be like if they were busy. Honestly the hospitality was amazing, servers all so nice and cheerful. But the food itself was poor, looked nothing like the... pictures on the menu and tasted like frozen microwave food. The eggs were slimy and just not at all worth up to $14 a meal.. thesyrup bottles were very sticky & I hate when things are sticky ???? & a simple glass of orange juice is $4 a glass ???? Read more
