The smoothie was delicious, and the service was great.
Just left with the smallest pbnG bowl. I get these often for my youngest daughter after we leave my office when i dont want to... make up dinner. A 16OZ smoothy and a bowl are always enough to fill her up. Not today. I commented to the girl that i could seethe bottom of the bowl and itz half the size it is every other time and thats almost weekly! I got myself an avocado smoothysomething ive drank nearly daily for months and it tastes like they left out what ever sweetens it up a bit becauseit's bland ashel. This place is WILDLY inconsistent. Sometimes its great other times its horrible. This is the case w other area locations as... well. My "smoothie" was just juice w huge chunks of ice and I don't think they even put fruit in it just juice... it was barelyblended. The staff of teens seemed very confused. Perhaps an adult should be present? When Pulp is good is is good but itsdifficult to keep coming here and spending my money when the product is sometimes what it should be and half the time itstotally not. The entire concept of a chain is that quality is constant. I was told by Boardman "we can make it again". Once Ihave left I don't have time to come back. The idea is to do it right the first time. Customers don't want to come back when theproduct is so wildly inconsistent. This is a CHRONIC issue not just w this location but all the Pulps in the area. I want tolike this place... when its made right its great. But the inconstancy is absolutely unacceptable. I hate to be so harsh but Iwould like to be able to come here and feel like I got what I paid for. Read more
