Good Afternoon, I visit the restaurant yesterday 10/03/22. I was greeted by the lovely hostess however the smell that followed... turned my stomach up side down. The restaurant had a stitch that was like dirty mop water that the staff mop the floor the nightbefore with it. Or old washcloth water that the staff may used to clean the tables with. The smell was putrid and made for anextremely unpleasant experience. Finally the salad I ordered had wilted brown lettuce. Read more
Took my son here for a little lunch date. He had Mac n cheese, fries, and a sprite. They gave him a kids menu that clearly... states ?with a beverage?. When I got the check I was charged almost $4 for his kids sprite, plus the $5.99 for his small bowl ofMac n cheese. I knew the fries didn?t come with it so that was an additional charge as well but when I asked them about thedrink and why it wasn?t included with the meal like the menu said, they told me ?sorry the menus are out dated. It no longercomes with the meal and we don?t sell half of the stuff on that menu anymore either? I?m pretty sure they were just saying thatbecause they didn?t want to fix my order but if they weren?t lying, why in the world are you handing out old menus to orderfrom? And why was I not told it wasn?t accurate before ordering? I also never received the refills we asked for or the ranch heasked for to dip his fries in. My husband and I come here for date night weekly but after this experience we may find somewhereelse to give our money to. Read more
When we were taken to our table, it wasn't wiped down yet, not a big deal. While standing there waiting on the table to get... wiped down, my feet were literally sticking to the carpet. Then the food was all bad in the same way, just buried in salt. Read more
The handicap area sidewalk needs to be cut down for wheelchair access. The food was awful. No onion rings and didn't have no... vinegar for my fries. There was nothing good with the dinner and the service was lousy. Read more
Not generally one to leave a bad review, but... the food was terrible. So excessively salted we couldn't eat it. I ordered New... Orleans seafood, the amount of grease on the fish was horrendous. I ate about 7 French fries and my stomach felt like it was atwar with itself. Took about 45 minutes to even get the check, which we reluctantly paid. Extremely dissatisfied. Used to loveit. Placed two mobile orders which were promised to be ready 12 minutes after ordering. We arrived on time to pick up these orders... and waited over 30 minutes before our orders were ready. There was another woman waiting with us who ordered only a burger andwaited just as long. This restaurant was mildly busy while we waited but there were plenty of empty seats. Staffing complaintsfrom the staff were easily heard. Please direct this review to the right people to avoid more negative customer reviews. Read more
Food was not good. Ordered medium steak, they sent well done. They were short staffed and we got our food an hour after we... ordered, but by that time our kids were getting antsy and were ready to go. Waiter asked us about 5 times if our food tastedgood and stood over my shoulder while I was writing the tip. Read more
Very bald food,no seasoning so ever,I don't knw if the targeted audience is elderly persons,definitely not giving a second... chance,shrimps feeled like "from the bag to the frier , and into the plate as it is" and ribs tasted reheated. Read more
