I went through the drive through with very specific requests. I sometimes order cream with my iced coffee but just want a... little. I have learned to drink it black because they can NEVER add just a little. Frankie took my order and of course it wastoo much. She knew this was NOT how I wanted it as I specifically said it should look brown and not beige. She offered tomake it again but as I hate waste, I said I would drink it as is. Good luck trying to get a simple cup of coffee at the counter, Starbucks bows to the app and the drive up. I walked in... specifically to avoid the queues. After waiting for the two customers in front of me the the batista took my single cup orderand immediately proceeded to craft a couple of breakfast sandwiches. WT..... This location is easy to access off the interstate if you want to get in and out. They have a drive through and you can order... ahead through the mobile app. I visited this location to get a pick me up for our drive home. I ordered the shaken oat milkespresso with brown sugar. I customized it to my liking and my order was as expected. I needed to be able to warm up my babiesmilk and they kindly gave me some hot water.
