I'm surprised how many people on here complaining acting like they came to a five star restaurant. I get decent quality is to... be expected, you are spending money after all. But look at how many of these people on here complaining, and then imaginehaving to deal with those people on a daily basis, ON TOP OF being busy, and at times short staffed. I don't live near a Wendy's anymore, so I was really excited to stop there when we were on a road trip. Unfortunately it was... less than impressive this time around. The unsweetened tea as well as Dr. Pepper both tasted strange, my breakfast croissant hadegg that was slightly gray due to being overcooked, and the Hollandaise sause was grainy and tasted weird-as though the butterwas too hot when the yolk was added so it may have cooked it. I'm not really sure. The breakfast potatoes were also completelyvoid of salt. For positives: the bacon was crisp, and the service was fast. Food is mediocre. Just ordered french toast and got no syrup ???? my husband said his sandwich tastes like cheap gas station... food. Woman at the speaker was rude but the window person was pretty nice. Read more
2 weeks ago I told myself I would start recording and drive off everytime I see more than 8 cars in the drive thru. You guys... have lost just myself alone about $65+ as my order comes up to 9+ everytime I used to visit 3x a week. I pull up to this Wendy's expecting to get some decent food but when I go to order, the woman taking the order didn't even say a... word. I had to tell her my order and then all she said was to pull forward. I then pay and she doesn't say a word to me. I pullup to the next window and I'm then sitting there for 5 minutes while I watch 3 people walk by the window. Read more
Ordered food from this place and food was missing. Went back to the store with reciet and told the manager what I was missing.... She acted like I wanted free food and told me she packed it herself. I spent 40 there why would I go back there for a 2 dollarburger. Read more
Service was amazing! Food was great, a little long of a wait but we were the only family with children and probably the only who... want chicken nuggets the staff/manager/owner did give us free frosties though. In all 8/10 waited, there was some yelling but weate and enjoyed it. It's been this good every time I've had Wendy's. Read more
