If I could give a zero star rating I would. The past three times we have been to Casey?s it has been a two hour wait or more.... Never had issues before but it?s getting ridiculous especially when they tell us 5 more minutes for an hour. Other than the foodthey?re great. Read more

Horrible customer service. We had four pizzas and a bread stick and it was an hour after the original quoted pick up time before... they were actually ready. They didn't offer free drinks while we waited or anything. This is the second time that we have had towait. The first time we had to wait for over 2 hours. I will not be back at all. Read more

It's definitely Casey's Not quite as good as the other store in Ava simply because of attitude. Hardly ever clean... outside. Forget about it if there's ice on the ground. No one working there seems to care about the outside of the store. Howcan two stores from the same company in such a small town be so different ?, Rhetorical. They have custom made pizza and the donuts are always fresh. Large brownies and sometimes giant iced cookies. If we have a crazy... craving they don't have, sometimes they end up stocking it weeks later (you have a better selection of pretzels thanks tothis!). The sandwiches are wonderful. You have to try the turkey and cheddar; there's a lot of meat, it's very fresh, and theycustomize it really well. Plus, you can order it ahead on the app an it will be ready when you come in. The employees are veryfriendly. Regardless of when you come in, you'll find a friendly face. When my family comes in on Friday afternoons orevenings, whether for pizza or another errand, we typically interact with Amanda. I have to give a shout out to her. She'salways so willing to go the extra mile to help. There are two Casey's in town; I recommend going to this one. Read more
