Don't even know where to start here... Everything we ordered was wrong or missing after a 10 min drive through ordeal. Ended up... having to go in to have it corrected in which they had forgot about the inside customers who had been waiting 30 mins for theirorder. I've never seen so many incompetent people in one place. Was just passing through and should I ever be in the area again,hopefully not, we will know not to stop here. Read more
Seymour store is much better than the Ava location. The Ava location, the last few times i?ve visited, has had some very... disrespectful staff. They have consistently been careless with how they treat customers and how they prepare and serve the fooditems. They are forgetful and extremely rude and have many times messed up our orders and not been willing to fix them. Wedecided to give it another try and to no surprise we were given the same treatment. Best staff I've ever encountered at a fast food joint. They really care about the quality of service. I'm blown away.
Seriously folks this is the establishment for you if you're looking for a sure fire colon cleanse. Wait until you're at home to... eat and for the love of GOD if the family eats... I hope you have multiple bathroom facilities and hoarded toilet paper duringthe planned-demic. P.S. Please courteous flush!!! Read more
The food was good and the service was okay. But the staff really needs adult supervision. One of girls was kissing and hugging... her boyfriend and one of the guys in the back was chasing one of the other staff member with grated cheese. Read more
better than McDonald's at least they get order correct , n always nice
The restaurant was very clean and I received very friendly service. It was a slow time, so the employee was even willing to... engage with us in a short conversation. My crunchy taco was excellent--there was so much meat it kept falling out! That's afirst for me. My companion's 5-layer burrito, however, wasn't folded together tight enough, so food fell out the entire time,making it very messy and rather frustrating to eat. I was very disappointed with my service and food tonight. The employees were to busy flirting with the teenage girls that came... in to do their job. It took a long to time receive our food and my wife?s burrito was nothing but beans and no beef. Being insmall town with not many choices for food is no excuse for poor service. Read more
