We regularly come here and get small plates and great brews. Today I had the Disco Fries - Braised Short Ribs, rib gravy and... House-made beer cheese. Out-standing!!! This would have been a FIVE if not for the flies. But this is seasonal yet should bedealt with. Keep the great food and beer selection coming. Read more

Food and service were exceptional! Our waitress, Sue, was a gem. Pretzels are a must try. Best I ever had!
Food was great, just like last year. Couple of servers didn't seem too happy, though. Our server was very friendly, but by... his own admission, not the brightest. We had to practically beg to have our table cleaned before dessert came. Speaking of,$15 for a slice of cake is a problem. The desserts were good but way over priced, $12 to $15 if memory serves. I had better cakeat a diner for $4.50 two weeks later. I'm not expecting prices that low at a restaurant, granted, but cap it at 8 or 9 buckslike most places. I should stress that the restaurant itself is really nice and the burgers and salads were excellent. Read more

Excellent fish tacos, served at lunch and dinner. The menu is subtle that it's also available at lunch. Crab cake sandwich is... thick and well complimented with Old Bay fries. Outdoor seating is pleasant. I didn't get to try the beers, but I didn't need itto know that this is a great Avalon eatery. Read more
I was surprised at how great the food was. I had a prime rib sandwich that was to kill for. The mixed drinks were fantastic as... well and great selection. Definitely ask to taste one of the craft beers before you try because some of them are real unique. Wehad 2 young children in our group and the servers were understanding and respectful when the kids patience wore thin. Definitelya must visit on the 7 mile island. Read more
