Saw some recent reviews granting excuses to this location, stating basically "it's hard to get good help these days." Well I... gave their drive thru a chance tonight at exactly 8:30pm. There were only 2 cars behind me in line. The woman on the mic alreadysounded like she would rather be water boarded than help me. That's the feeling I got from her greeting alone. I started to giveher my order, and she asked me a question about which version of a meal I wanted. Now remember, she's the expert on the menu inthis conversation. Due to my lack of understanding, I gave her an answer that didn't help her. Did she say, "I'm sorry sir, I'mnot making myself clear" and then ask the question in a more articulate way? No. She screamed at me like a child the samequestion at half speed, to let me know she thought I was stupid. Remember, she's the one that's being paid to be engaged in thisconversation. I don't know why I didn't just drive away, (it's that wonderful chicken sandwich), but I helped her help me getthrough it to the end. Not without more horrible attitude from her. Look, i know it's fast food.... But jeez. I don't if dollar menu items look like trash, it's to be expected. Not a $9... burger. This burger was supposed to be the new Garlic & Bacon King.... It instead looks like the most hastily put togetherpoverty stricken public school cafeteria burger that I have ever seen.... I would take it home to feed to my dog, but he isbetter than this. I went to eat breakfast and the lobby was closed. The sign on the door states that the dine-in hours are Mon - Sun from 6:00am... to 10:00pm. False advertising. Read more
