DONUT SHOP THAT NEVER HAS DONUTS! **Worst Dunkin location I have ever been to! I live nearby and the multiple times I have tried... to go to the drive-thru in early afternoon they only had like 2 donut options available every time. In the half dozen or sotimes I've went here I have never once been able to get a simple glazed donut. I was at the laundromat next door one day and Itried to go inside around 6:00pm and they already had the door locked even though they weren't closed. The lazy ghetto lookingwomen there just don't want to deal with serving customers let alone making, you know, DONUTS at a donut shop! Absolutely needsnew staff, they are just terrible. Read more

the people that work here flat out either don't like working or just don't like their jobs. im surprised Heartland Restaurant... Group, who runs Dunkins in the Pittsburgh area, puts up with this place? Never have I been to a Dunkin this poorly run in mylife. the people who work there are honestly embarrassing. Read more

My boyfriend stops here almost every morning for me and they call us by name, know our orders, and are very kind. It's a nice,... big area that you can even stop and work here, but enjoy the peace and quiet. I recommend 10/10. The drive through is great too!I enjoy all of the options they provide in this place of business. If you forget anything and pick it up at the pickup station, they will kindly fix it for you without a complaint or anything. CON: It's kind of scary pulling in and out of thisestablishment, but if you know how to actually drive, it shouldn't be a problem at all. Read more

Every experience at this Dunkin is extra pleasant because of the wonderful staff. They are friendly, attentive, and I genuinely... enjoy seeing them. Read more

The ONLY reason I continue to come here is because of my son and his love for donuts and my not wanting to pay a delivery fee... from somewhere else. But unfortunately they rarely have any donuts to sell and the line is a half an hour minimum wait, guessthe delivery fee is the way to go. Read more

I like Dunkin. But this location is terrible. Tried it at least 5 times since I've moved to the area. The drinks are... consistently bad. Service and staff are slow and inattentive. I give up. Sticking with Anchor and Anvil up in Ben Avon andStarbucks just down the road. Read more

I have been going here daily for a few months to get my coffee. Some good days...mostly bad. Your either waiting for 45 minutes,... getting a bad order or dealing with ignorant staff. Each time I tell myself I'm not going back and keep giving another chance.Well today was my last day. Their employee, alonna, was so rude for no reason. I could barely even say my order to her withouther cutting me off after every item asking if I was done yet. Then when I pull to the window, she twisted her face up at megiving me a dirty look. Don't bother informing the manager, who typically was great at customer service. I'm not usually one tocomplain. Never wanted to be a "karen"...but today I've had enough. They need to get it together. All I know is that they lost aconsistent customer??????? ill take my services to Starbucks for now on. Read more

I haven't been here in ages, last time was probably mid 2019. Was on the poor side for service then and also now. My mobile... order was lost, not made right, and took 30 minutes until someone even noticed there were people waiting for orders. My sandwichsat on the counter (dude threw it on the counter) for a good while and didn't make the rest of my order because they were out ofan item. Didn't ask if I wanted a substitute, just walked away. Their main focus is the drive thru no matter what. This is aManagement/ Franchisee issue that has persisted for 3 years and they still cannot handle being a busy store. Unfortunately, this place will not get another dime for me. Take a clue from the Crafton-Ingram location, they shaped up quick. If you all needhelp, let me know, I'm a wonderful trainer for such things. If you're going to have low staffing you gotta learn to: prioritize, streamline, and have strong team members. The fact it took close to 30 minutes for anyone to even care to speak with me (peoplewho had placed orders at the counter for food before me) is telling of poor training- again management/ Franchisee problems.
