Employees were friendly and orders were accurately fulfilled. It was easy to maneuver through the parking lot and easy to... enter/exit. However, the women's bathroom had no place for feminine heigene disposal. They had "wet floor" signs up. However,the floor felt and looked greesy rather than wet throughout the dining area and the bathroom, as did the handles of the bathroomdoors. I was eager to get out because it felt dirty in the dining area. Better to do drive-through. Read more
The dining room is rarely open. This is a pain for UberEATS drivers. I park the car get out then head to the door but it's... locked 90% of the time despite the posted dining room hours from 9am-10pm. Then I have to go through the drive thru. If the lineis long, it's not worth it and I'll just cancel the order. Plus they just hand you the drinks. This is a pain because my cupholders are for my drinks. Either put in a carrier or better yet, be like McDonald's and put everything in delivery bags. Read more
Out of all the Wendy's around Pittsburgh this one is my favorite. The establishment is has outdated Architect inside and out... however compared to others around town the employees here are the best. Extremely nice, friendly, always having smiles on therefaces and they work great as a team. Very clean if you go inside to eat. Stop by and see for your self. Read more

This Wendy's does not pride itself on professionalism. I used the app for the first time to order online, got to the window and... was informed it was closed by the night manager Tamika. When I asked if I could get my money back, she informed me that shecouldn't do that. I asked why a manager couldn't provide reimbursement, and she shrugged me off. I pulled up to the window andasked her for my money back because I had already paid, and she said she couldn't because the store was already closed early dueto being short staffed. While I can't blame the manager for being short staffed, I do blame this Wendy's for effectivelystealing my money. I was given a number for the day manager as if I could get my money back. All I know, is that I would like$19.09 back. It might seem small, but the principle behind customer service was utterly trashed and this Wendy's actually stolefrom me for not providing the goods I had paid for. DO NOT COME HERE. Read more

I would just love to have a reliable fast food establishment in the Pittsburgh area. On the website it was VERY clearly stated... that closing time was at 12:00AM. We placed an online order and ensured we got there 20 minutes before close to avoid any delaysfor the staff. When we pulled into the drive thru an employee was already in their car and very rudely told us that they closedat 11. Then why was I able to place an order online and why does your website state otherwise? Now we are out money due to ourunfulfilled order. Read more
