Delicious chicken parm! Fresh bread and the salad with balsamic dressing was very good too.

Food is hit and miss sometimes, but it all goes down hill with customer service. They get a ~0~ !!!? Whoever the guy is who... answers the phone when you call and inquire about your hour late order, he likes to cut you off and get rude. They were not interested in serving my family. We did not have a reservation (which was fine). We were seated after 30 minutes... and we were totally ignored. So after 15 minutes without any acknowledgement we left. We went and spent out hard earned moneyelsewhere. Read more

I took my daughter for dinner on a Friday night. It took forever for anyone to even come take our order. The food was out... quickly but my daughter found a long black hair in her wrap. We were waiting for someone to come back to our table so we couldshow them. We sat there for 20-25 minutes waiting for a waitress. I've gone to this restaurant a few times for take out and I've never been disappointed with the food. one time I went in there... and the owner/manager individually took care of my food order and made sure it was made quickly and correctly. this last timethough was the Saturday before Labor Day. I went in just before 8:30 pm. the same owner/manager was there and he asked if hecould help me. I said I wanted to place an order for take out. he told me they were closing for the night but he still askedto take my order. I asked for an entree that isn't even on the menu (just because I was in the mood for it) and he said noproblem. he explained that for the holiday he was closing up early on a Saturday night and giving everyone off until Tuesday. I give lots of respect for that. in the restaurant business, and especially in 2022, thats a big sacrifice but he wanted to doit for his staff. my meal was done within 10 mins and it was exactly what I wanted. it was so delicious. I will continue tocome here for my Italian foods when im up in that area. I wish this restaurant much success and highly recommend you go thereat least once to try it out. the only thing I can't give a rating on is the ambience of the actual restaurant itself as I onlydid take out. We always buy pick up orders at D?Italia?s. When we call for our dinner it usually doesn?t take too long, about 30 minutes. I... like the margarita pizza with extra basil. My family likes the dough not burnt and we tell them at D?Italia?s and they get theorder correct! Thank you! My husband usually gets the chicken parmigiana. It?s a good dinner portion and less than $20. For theentree! I usually order the shrimp francese- about 5 egg battered shrimp pieces with the penne pasta and lots of liquid sauce.Very garlicky. Sometimes I tell them that I want light garlic, they can accommodate you! Dinner entrees come with a very goodsmall salad. I can?t recall, but I think they use romaine lettuce, very thinly sliced onions, a few black olives, smalltomatoes. Everything in their salads are balanced not too much of one thing. Always good. One roll per entree! The cannolis areokay, the cream filling is a little gritty. The staff is always friendly and nice! Thank you! The prices are fair for thedelicious food! One other dish that?s really good is the broccoli rabe with sausage meat. If you dine in there is one maindining room and on the left side when you enter in the restaurant- there are booth seatings and a few tables outside of maindining area.
